1. Service Description

GetHOADocs provides a search platform that aggregates Homeowners Association (HOA) information from multiple public and third-party sources. The Service allows you to search for HOA details, management companies, association names, fees, and available document sources for any property address.

2. Subscriptions and Payment

2.1 Free Tier

The Service offers a free tier with a limited number of searches per month. No credit card is required for the free tier.

2.2 Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscription plans provide unlimited searches and access to enterprise features such as team management and organization accounts. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis as described at the time of purchase.

2.3 Payment Methods

We may collect payment by:

• Charging a credit or debit card you have provided;
• Invoicing your organization (payment due within 30 days of invoice date).

2.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to paid features will continue through the end of your current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your access for non-payment.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account, including searches performed by your employees, contractors, or any person using your credentials.

4. No Guarantee of Accuracy

The Service provides access to information (collectively, "Data") aggregated from various third-party sources. We do not warrant that the Data is complete, accurate, or current. You acknowledge and agree that:

• We are not responsible for missing, incomplete, or inaccurate Data.
• Search results may not reflect the most current information available from source platforms.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of business, or claims from third parties, arising from your use of or reliance on the Service or the Data.
• Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the total subscription fees you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GetHOADocs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service;
• Your reliance on any Data; or
• Your breach of these Terms.

7. Service Changes and Termination

We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or fail to pay amounts due.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

9. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GetHOADocs regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
